The state MLS for Kansas is called KS State MLS, yet it is only a part of MyStateMLS. Every KS State MLS member has access to MyStateMLS and is automatically logged in.

The Kansas State Multiple Listing Service (KS State MLS) is available to all licensed real estate professionals (brokers, agents, and appraisers) who are currently conducting business in the state of Kansas. According to the terms of their contracts, all members of My State MLS are required to pay their clients and follow state laws that control the sale of real estate by licensed professionals. With a license from that state, you can list anywhere on the KS State MLS, unlike a local MLS. Thus, “out of area” listings will no longer exist. Although it is the MLS for every state in the USA, my state’s MLS is the same.

Without a question, one of KS State MLS’s greatest qualities is its affordable price. The MLS is reasonably priced and never levies additional costs or fines, regardless of the size of the office—a single broker or dozens of agents. Utilize the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find specialized sales opportunities, including as foreclosures and short sales, to broaden your business territory. You may also use the MLS as a marketing tool to attract more agents and listings for your company.

Syndicated listings appear on more than 145 distinct websites. Listings from MyStateMLS (Texas State MLS) are sent DIRECTLY to Homes.com, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and its network of websites. Thanks to the MLS’s sophisticated syndication, members can immediately appear next to their listings as the listing agent at no extra cost.
